Why HERRA

What you wear closest to your body matters most.

HERRA was created to rethink the foundation of what women wear — refining comfort, coverage and confidence without adding unnecessary restriction.

HERRA Base in Black and Nude

Designed for women as they are

Designed for women as they are.

For too long, women have been expected to adapt to what they wear. HERRA begins with a different idea: better design starts with understanding how women move, feel and live.

Not designed to correct. Designed to support.

Not designed to constrain. Designed to move with you.

No choosing between comfort, coverage and confidence.

Built from real experience

Not invented in a boardroom.

HERRA is a British-designed, female-founded basewear brand created by a mother-and-daughters team. It began with one clear intention: to improve the layer women wear closest to their body.

The idea grew from lived experience — recognising that women were often expected to tolerate discomfort, compromise on coverage or adapt themselves to products that had not been designed around their real needs.

HERRA Base was developed as a more considered foundation: supportive without restriction, comfortable without compromise and flexible enough to work around each woman’s preferences.

Better design starts by listening.
