Returns

We want you to feel confident in your HERRA purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of HERRA Base, returns are accepted only where the item is unworn, unused, and returned with the hygiene liner and original protective packaging intact.


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the hygiene liner has been removed, damaged, or is missing—unless the item is faulty.


To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@herraleisurewear.co.uk.

Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty items

Every HERRA order is carefully checked before dispatch.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@herraleisurewear.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos where possible

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.

The hygiene liner does not need to be intact where the return relates to a confirmed fault.
