What size should I choose?

HERRA Base is designed for a close, supportive fit using soft, flexible fabric that moves with your body.

Size guide

  • S — UK 8–10
  • M — UK 12–14
  • L — UK 16–18

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.


What is HERRA Base designed to do?

HERRA Base creates a smooth, secure foundation beneath your clothing.

It supports comfort, movement, and ease throughout the day—reducing distraction at the layer closest to your body.


Does HERRA Base help prevent visible front lines under leggings?

HERRA Base was designed with discreet front coverage to help create a smoother, more comfortable fit under activewear and everyday clothing.


Can I train in HERRA Base?

Yes—HERRA Base is designed for movement, training, and everyday wear.

The removable insert provides an additional layer and should be washed separately using the enclosed laundry bag.


How should I wash HERRA Base?

  • Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours
  • Remove the insert before washing
  • Place the insert inside the enclosed laundry bag
  • Air dry only
  • Do not tumble dry

Why use the laundry bag?

The enclosed laundry bag helps protect the insert during washing.

Using it helps maintain hygiene, preserve shape, and prevent the insert from becoming caught inside the machine.


Where is HERRA designed?

HERRA is British-designed and developed by a female-built, mother-and-daughters team.

HERRA Base has been created with considered design at its foundation and is protected by UK Registered Design, with EU design pending.


How does shipping work?

Standard UK delivery is included and typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

A priority delivery option is available at checkout.

Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Can I return HERRA Base?

Due to the intimate nature of HERRA Base, returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, unused, and returned with the hygiene liner and original packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged, unless the item is faulty.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


What if my item is faulty?

Every HERRA order is checked before dispatch.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description, and photos where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.
